Development of Service-Oriented Business Models – Leading Network Provider
Task The challenge of this project was to develop a scalable E2E service portfolio, which enables global service processing with decentralized service providers. The management of local partners should focus on his core competencies: management, controlling and quality management.
Approach Using our standardized 5 phase approach, during workshops first the objective was developed and the existing service models and processes were evaluated in terms of efficiency and sustainability. By means of value stream mapping, process simulations, risk evaluation and gap analysis, reliable service models were worked out and a top management business case was created. The implementation based on our market entry concept with two pilot projects, before the optimized model rollout was implemented globally.
The decisive success factors in this project were:
